Proxling keeps what a job needs, for as long as the job needs it. Your letters and your details are never for sale.

Your waitlist details
The waitlist asks for your name and email so Proxling can contact you about beta access and launch updates. Joining does not buy a plan or start the service.
It stores your name, email address, signup time and a signup-notice version. Campaign tags in the page address can also be saved. If the same email joins twice, the original record is kept.
Please don't enter medical information, account references or a real request. The form only needs a name and an email address.
The examples on this site
Every practice, person, place and result in the examples is made up. No calls, messages or bookings are made from this website.
Once Proxling opens
The rest of this page is how Proxling intends to handle what you send it once the service opens.
What you send it
Texts, photos of letters, screenshots and forwarded emails. Each becomes a job. Photos of letters are deleted once the job no longer needs them. The details read from them (an amount, a date) are kept while the job is open, and a little after.
Who sees it
You, and whoever in your household you share your paperwork with. A letter can't be shared by link. A person at Proxling sees only what a job needs, and if one ever opens a letter, the card says so.
The calls it makes
Proxling doesn't record calls. It writes down what each place said, with the time, because that is how the card shows how it knows. It never gives your name unless you reply to ask it to.
What is never for sale
Your letters, your details, anything about you, and recordings of the people Proxling calls, which it doesn't make.
Texts
Proxling texts one person, about their own jobs, only when something needs them or a job is done. It never texts someone you name before they ask. Text STOP and every text stops at once.
This website
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the waitlist database and request protection. Connection information, including your IP address, is processed to deliver the site and limit repeated signup attempts. The website adds no advertising cookies, no browser fingerprinting and no browser storage for your signup details.
