What's the difference between a search, a quick call and a ring-round?
A search is answered without phoning anyone, from websites, public lists or your letters. A quick call is Proxling ringing one place for you. A ring-round is Proxling ringing every place that might know until one says yes, however many calls that takes. It tells you which one your question is before it starts.
What if I use my two quick calls for the day?
The next one waits until the following day, or you can turn it into a ring-round. Proxling tells you which, and asks.
Is the first ring-round really free?
Yes, and you don't need the plan for it. One question, every place that might know, and the card that shows how it found out.
What if I need more than two ring-rounds in a month?
Each extra one is £3. Proxling texts you the price before it starts, and only goes ahead when you reply YES.
Is the plan priced per person?
No. One price per household. Share it by sending a link yourself, and everyone you share it with is covered by the one price.
What if it comes back with "couldn't find out"?
You get the card, with everything it tried. You can leave it, ask for a reminder, or ask a person to keep trying. That counts as one extra ring-round, and it asks first.
Do I pay when a person stepped in on its own?
No. When an answer doesn't fit or Proxling's tools let it down, a person steps in at no extra charge. You only pay for a person when you asked for one.
How often does a person step in?
Once it opens, Proxling will publish how often a person stepped in, every month, with the number of jobs.
